Who is eligible to participate in Sera's referral program?
Sera customers and their employees, Sera employees, ecosystem employees such as HVAC and plumbing manufacturers, warranty companies, and influencers are all eligible to participate.
What do participants get for referring potential customers to Sera?
Participants will receive a referral fee based on the number of technicians at each customer they refer to Sera.
Is there a limit to how much participants can earn through referrals?
No, there is no limit to how much participants can earn through referrals.
How can people sign up for the referral program?
Once the program launches, the program portal will be accessible from the Sera website.
How will participants get paid for their referrals?
Participants will receive electronic payment in US dollars.
What are the different options for referring potential customers to Sera?
Participants can choose from the following options for referring potential customers:
- Option 1: From the program portal on the Sera website, participants can email their referral link to their connections with a personalized message.
- Option 2: Participants can share their referral link on social media or message boards.
- Option 3: Participants can provide Sera with the referral's contact information directly in the program portal. Sera will follow up directly with the referral, providing them with the necessary information and increasing the likelihood of an award.
How can participants track the progress of their referrals?
The program portal will allow participants to see the progress of their referrals and how much they have earned.
When are referrals paid out?
Sera pays out referral fees no later than 45 days after a referred customer first pays us for service.
What are some other important things I should know?
- You can't refer your own company or a company that is part of the corporate entity your company is part of.
- A referral must sign a contract for Sera within 120 days of us receiving the referral
- A referral must not be currently in the sales process when we receive it.
- The referral must be within our Ideal Customer Profile
